Shipping Policy
We currently only ship to the US and Canada.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
If the shipping rate seems too expensive, please call us for a quote, and we can look in to a cheaper method of delivery for you.
Customer pays return shipping in event of an exchange or return.
Return & Exchange Policy
NEW / UNUSED: You may return any standard* new, or unused prop, game, or scenic element under $300 within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
USED: You may exchange any used standard item that is not functioning properly within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly repair or replace the item free of charge.
*Non-standard items include custom-made props of any price and any item priced over $300. These items are not returnable.
Limited Warranty
Every item we sell (unless noted specifically in the description) comes with a 30-day limited warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship.
